Instructions Related to the application of SSLC New School Code.

1. ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ ನೂತನ ಶಾಲಾ ಸಂಕೇತ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಇಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ಶಾಲಾ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರು/ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯವರು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಆನ್‍ಲೈನ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.

2. ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ ನೂತನ ಶಾಲಾ ಸಂಕೇತ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಆನ್‍ಲೈನ್‍ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಮುನ್ನಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು 500KB ಇಂದ 01MBರೊಳಗೆ pdf ಮಾದರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್‍ ಮಾಡಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಅಪ್‍ಲೋಡ್‍ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

While applying for SSLC New School Code through online the following documents must be scanned and should be between 500kb to 1mb in pdf format and to be uploaded.

a)ಶಾಲಾ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ ಆದೇಶದ ಪ್ರತಿ
School Sanction Copy

b)ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ವರ್ಷದ ಶಾಲಾ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ನವೀಕರಣ ಆದೇಶದ ಪ್ರತಿ
Copy of Renewal of Recognition of Present Year

ಈ ಮೇಲಿನ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪ್‍ಲೋಡ್‍ ಮಾಡಿ ನಿಗದಿತ ಶುಲ್ಕ ( ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ರೂ. 5000 ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಪಡೆದ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುದಾನ ರಹಿತ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ರೂ.10000) ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
After uploading the above documents Government Schools have to pay Rs.5000/- and Recognised Aided and Unaided Schools have to pay Rs.10,000/- as fee.After successful payment of fee your application will be processed.
ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯವರು ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್/ಆಫ್ ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, Application status ನಲ್ಲಿ Payment status “Not paid” ಎಂದು ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶುಲ್ಕ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡಿರುವ - PGI reference ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ , ಶಾಲೆಯ ಯು ಡೈಸ್ ಸಂಕೇತ, ಶಾಲೆಯ ಹೆಸರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಳಾಸ - ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕಾಗಿ sadpi-cc-kseeb@ka.gov.in ಗೆ ಮೇಲ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು.
Even after the payment of prescribed fee, if the Payment status is “Not paid” then the details of fee paid – PGI reference number, U DISE code of the school, School name and address has to be mailed to sadpi-cc-kseeb@ka.gov.in for further follow up at this end.

3. ಹೊಸ ಶಾಲಾ ಸಂಕೇತ ಪಡೆಯಲು ನಿಗದಿತ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು K2 ಮೂಲಕ ಪಾವತಿಸುವ ಬಟವಾಡೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು Recipient Id: 1002681011 ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವವರ ಹೆಸರು : ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯನಿರ್ಣಯ ಮಂಡಲಿ - ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುವುದು
DDO's who want to pay the fees for obtaining New School Code through K2 may use the Recipient Id: 1002681011 Recipient name: Karnataka School Examination & Assessment Board
ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯವರು ಖಜಾನೆ 2 ರ ಮೂಲಕ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ವಿವರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಖಜಾನೆ 2 ರ ಮೂಲಕ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ರಶೀದಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಂಡಲಿಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಶಾಖೆಯ ಇ ಮೇಲ್ ವಿಳಾಸ sadpi.csec.kseeb@gmail.com ಕ್ಕೆ ಮೇಲ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು.
If any payment for new school code is made through Khajane 2, then the concerned Government school head master has to send a e mail to the Evaluation section of the Board (sadpi.csec.kseeb@gmail.com) with the following details along with the copy of fee paid receipt (paid through K2) for further follow up at this end.
