ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು/Instructions:

1. 2003 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವಲಸೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೌತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.
Students who have passed the SSLC Examination in the years prior to 2003 can apply for the Migration certificate by applying physically.

2. 2003 ರಿಂದ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬೇರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಲು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ವಲಸೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.
Candidates who have passed the SSLC examination from 2003 can obtain Migration certificate online in order to continue their study in other states.

3. ವಲಸೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು “Apply for Migration Certificate” ಮೆನುವಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು. ನೋಂದಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ, View ಬಟನ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಬಹುದು. ಬಂದಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಕೆಳಗೆ ಕೇಳಿರುವ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು. ನಂತರ “Generate OTP” ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು. ಬಂದಂತಹ OTP ಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು save ಮಾಡುವುದು.
To obtain Migration certificate, click on “Apply for Migration Certificate” menu. Enter the Register number and click on View button. You can see the auto fetched details of the student. If the details fetched is correct, then enter the details given below. Then click on “Generate OTP”. Once you receive the OTP, enter the OTP received and save the details.

4. ನಂತರ “Make payment” ಮೆನುವಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು. ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್ ಅಥವಾ ಆಫ್ ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಬಹುದು. ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲೇ ವಲಸೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಡೌನ್ ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.
Then click on “Make payment” menu. Payment can be done either by online or offline mode by generating challan. Once the payment is done, the migration certificate can be downloaded online instantly.

5. ನಿಗದಿತ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಯ ನಂತರವೂ, Payment not done ಎಂದು ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶುಲ್ಕ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು – PGI reference ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ , ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ, ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಹೆಸರು ಮುಂದಿನ ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕಾಗಿ sadpi-cc-kseeb@ka.gov.in ಗೆ ಮೇಲ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು.
Even after the payment of prescribed fee, if you get a popup message as Payment not done, then the details of fee paid – PGI reference number, Application number, Candidate name has to be mailed to sadpi-cc-kseeb@ka.gov.in for further follow up at this end.
